Not a bad idea to have one agency in charge of something like this. But...will be interesting to see how this squares with the folks who don't like big brother being involved in any aspect of their lives. I'd rather have one federal agency dealing with it than thousands of state and local agencies.

Prime example of Federal VS. State Law is the Pot issue. Seems like the States can do as they please regardless of Federal Law.

One could read it that ALL SUAs (including traditional RC aircraft (NON-BLOS capable, NON FPV, NON GPS, NON-camera-equipped, NOT capable of autonomous flight) may have to be equipped with such technology in order to be "geo-fenced" in order to be legal in the future! OH, THE IRONY!
