I don't see how this can be positive.

One could read it that ALL SUAs (including traditional RC aircraft (NON-BLOS capable, NON FPV, NON GPS, NON-camera-equipped, NOT capable of autonomous flight) may have to be equipped with such technology in order to be "geo-fenced" in order to be legal in the future! OH, THE IRONY!

Anyone notice that Sen. Nelson references an incident where the airliner hit a PLASTIC BAG!
