You can have your UAV shot down if too close to an airport.

Makes sense. Fly where you're not supposed to fly and suffer the consequences.

Now that the FAA has regulations on this one can get permission to fly near airports. So it Is a matter of time till someone flying legally gets hit. May have to get some popcorn to watch how this falls out. Especially if someone gets hit by the falling hit drone.
