Default Pearl Harbor Day

Every year the Skyknights of Portland host Pearl Harbor Day the closest Sunday to December 7th to honor the lives lost. Of course being in the PNW it’s a wet event more times than not. Still some guys fly. This year we had a couple crock pots going with chili and chicken soup thanks to Mrs. Speed.

The one thing I miss about CA, the winter weather.

After living in Ohio for 18 years I've come to the conclusion my home of So Cal has 4 season
1st summer,, kinda nice
2nd summer,, hot as hell unless you live at the beach
3rd summer nice but windy here and there
and 4th,, Spring,, starts to get cool and might have some rain if they're lucky

Calling it winter is kind of a joke to those who live where 4 real seasons actually happen

Very true. I was up in the Silicon Valley, more change between the seasons but nothing like the PNW. Get used to flying in the cold and wet or only fly 5 months of the year. No wonder foam airplanes are so popular here.
