Help me out here. If she didn't look at the join date then why waste my time and hers to pull my records at all? Why not simply state from the beginning of the phone call that all ballots were sent out in October with renewal packages and could not be resent. After probing and questioning by me did she state this. Pulling my account would not change this fact.

Imagine if you will, you're locked out of your house. You call a lock smith on your cell phone and you tell him that you've locked yourself out of your house and need his services. You discuss prices, how far away his office is, whether he takes mastercard or visa, if he is familiar with your brand of lock, if he knows where your house is and the best way of getting there then, after all this, he says he's closed and not available for 3 days! That information you could've used at the beginning of the call. Why bother with going through the motions if he couldn't help you anyway? This is what I call bad customer service.

I wonder how sophisticated the db is when they don't seem to even have email? Not a complaint just an observation.

Everyone,

I had a bad customer service experience and posted it here. I've tried to explain that it's not the situation but the way they handled it that's an issue.

I'd like to let this thread die but people keep posting comments about area 51, the twilight zone and references to Scully & Mulder. In addition, some don't seem to get the point that it was a customer service issue not whether I can vote.

Please, no more posts from you and I promise no more from me.

Let's just drop it. I'm tired of it. If you get it, fine. If you don't, fine.
