WHY, IT MEANS THERE IS A BIG BLACK CONSPIRACY BY THE ENTIRE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL TO FUND RETIREMENT HOMES IN THE BAHAMAS OFF OF AMA DUES MONEY!

OF COURSE, CAN'T YOU SEE!!!!! THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED AN OFFSHORE AND A CAPTIVE AND ALL OF THOSE OTHER CONSPIRACY WORDS!!!

Bill, since you are SF's main man, and you have a closer relationship with the EC member from this district, I ask you:

Is this new Captive actually Off-Shore?
Your esteemed leader should know.

You called it off-shore. I DID NOT say that. AMA records evidence the Corporation is funded and a Corporate Board of Directors elected. Such election not by the members of the Holding Corporation, but by the Directors of the Holding Corporation.
That is what Directors do.

Now these Captive Directors have a job until they so vote themselves off the Board. They will totally control a substantial amount of AMA assets, and polices thereof, within the Insurance funding, regardless of their association with the AMA Ex. Council.
