Default New Decal

I've had a tradition of placing the new AMA 'decal' over the previous one (on the back window of my truck). Now this year they come out with a 'special ' one - and I'm having sleepless nights figuring where I should put that new decal.

Should I replace (cut off) all the old ones and replace those with the new one, or

Should I attach the new one somewhere else and everyone will think I am a 2005 member?

Gee, life is getting so complicated

I have a similar problem, i have a bunch of stickers on my car, including the usual AMA one, I assumed we'd get the same one each year and I could just peel off the old one and stick on the new. But I don't like this new one []

Whatever you decide, they peel off a lot easier if you use your heat gun on them.

Hmmm,
I wonder, has anyone had the AMA logo done as a tattoo? You should get a discount on membership for that one, .

tailskid,

Maybe if you concentrate more on flying instead of worrying about decals, you wouldn't crash as much...[sm=lol.gif]

No, you should peel all the old ones off one at a time, and re-mount them on a plaque. I have every decal from '85 onward.

. . . but I never did get around to buying blank palques, so the decals are all waiting patiently, in a zip-lock bag . . .

BTW - didja know Lamar Blair is now District V AVP for North Alabama ?

Do you mean that there is a reason that they would fall off of that crummy paper after i glued them on?

Only two AVPs in Alabama. Jhon Russell in Mt. Olive (where ever that is) and now Lamar.
