you take defending an organization that treats its members
the way yours does is wrong and hardlly the norm for this hobby.


reading this thread top to bottom shows you don't have a clue
that the things done to myself and the rest of the membership
of this club are outside the normal runnings of this hobby.

After reading your above post I must admit that I am left without a "clue" as to what in the world you are trying to get across. Lighten up, go enjoy the hobby and move on with things. Your continued push for "justice" right or wrong does nothing to improve your position.

Normal runnings of the hobby? Come on, no two clubs are run the same and I would guess that "normal" is in the eye of the beholder. I'm perfectly comfortable with the way the club is run by the current BOD and if I wasn't then I would leave, or work within the rules for change.

From some of your previous posts it seems like you have found a club that excepts you for you. Follows the interests that are closest to yours, and has an very long run way. Sounds like a match made in heaven to me. It's time to let it go. Start enjoying the hobby for what it is...... A hobby.

Your compliant was "disruption of meetings" ............what does that have to do with flying?

I'll be coming out the Sam field time to time to fly
some beautiful warbirds (with Brakes for the shorter runway)
..................Lets see if you and your "group" can "lighten
up" and let me fly in peace as you do other pilots
considered "non-paying members"of the SAM club
Without keying my van , slashing my tires,or turning on a radio to shoot my planes down.

Please take my advice and stop this nonsense. You have been expelled and are not welcome at the SAM site. If this does not make sense to you then please seek medical attention because you are not right. It is down right sad that you continue down this path of BS, lies and stupidity. I'm done!

Herein is the problem Jimmy. You tell him to go get over it and you still tell him he is banned from flying at your site, even as a guest. There is no question who needs medical attention. There still has not been any explanation for "unsportsman like conduct". Especially since you guys threw out at least 3 people on this purported accusation. If you guys have races and john shows up, will he be able to race just like anyone else?

HOly Cow, I have read through this thread and cannot believe what I am reading. Can I have the copyrights to this tragedy? This is like death of a salesman goes R/C.
Here is what's funny. I have flown at SAM, though I am from Boston. I was allowed to fly while on a trip there last year. I met really nice people, at a really nice field that hoilds more events in a month than our club does all year and of similar club size.
What I absolutely cannot get over is that a person ejected/banned from a club of adult age is seemingly incapable of letting it go. there is a famous quote that says"i would never be a member of a group that would have me as a member". If this holds true than WHY would you want to be a member of group that DOESN'T want you. Also, there is no RIGHT to membership. Furhtermore if you are at a new club, why besmirch your name and look the petty fool to your new club-mates. What are they thinking of you at thgis point. Regardless of what they say to your face, they are thinking "Oh god why is he a member here?"

Please keep in miund I have no dog in this race and know noone in the thread personally. However, I can say that actions like this would prevent you from membership in my club.

Sorry dude, but you gotta grow up and walk away like a gentlemen, not be dragged away like a 4 year old having a tantrum.

I guess the Colonists should have just let it go when they
were not being treated like every other member of the British empire,
that was our main "complaint" back then, was it not ...hence the revolutionary war...

The discussion here is WHY people were expelled?
what did they do as members or modelers that was so horrible????

What behaviour was SOOOOO bad as to go to the extreme as REMOVE A PILOTS ABILITY TO FLY at a field?
theres nothing about unsafe flying/consistant violation of AMA saftey rules...mentioned by MR skids........

I can guarantee you if you dig into this
and start asking the tough questions, the justification
for a members termination , let alone three members in 4 months, is very, very, weak.
Hence the club losing the case in court. "The board of the Sacramento Area Modelers acted in bad faith"

There are no "founding fathers of the club on "MR skids side"...........That by itself should be a wake up call.

The flying site is part of a public park............"they" have no right nor "authority"
to keep anyone out, although he/They think they do.

LONG BEFORE the SAM board attacked its own members.

I saw the Gang mentality forming at SAM a year before things went
"critical"...............years before any wrongful terminations started.

True Criminal actions came from the board
and its "minions".........not by any of the members
that were supposedly "TERMINATED" by the "club".

Please review your US amended civil rights........which by
the way gave me the right to behave the way I did.

SSRCCPREZ, Don't take it personal, but my point is and was that John has just as much right to cry foul as you think the SAM's club or even your club has to throw people out. If you want to trumpet collective rights i guess i can live with it, but our country was built on the rights of the individual. Lost in this lynch mob is the outcry against the hideous 'Black Booted' behavior of the SAM's board. John Brown was hanged for trying to free the slaves at Harpers Ferry. His death galvanized the North against slavery. It took time but freedom came. The Sam's club can throw out members, but they have to live with the consequences of their jack booted behavior, this is part of it.

I have read the whole thing and have made several posts. This is the only forum where some not all post this kinda BS. If one was looking for info on the AMA (God Forbid) they just might show up here. Name me one other forum on RCU where this stuff goes on. Like it or not this is how people see us.
