Default HOSS FLY BIO?

I recently read a bio on Horrace Cain, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere-does anyone recall where it was posted?
I remember it had all the great stuff he has done with Aeromodeling, it listed his long length of accomplishments as well as generous gifts he has made possible to a flying club in Houston. It is amazing how he has devoted alot of his time and money to this hobby without reservation.

Hoss lives on a farm in texas(according to the satellite photos),fly's model planes, is old and wrinkled(which fits most of the people in my club) His writing is somewhat convoluted, but from what I've read over the years he seems to be a straight shooter.

A stateman who within the past 3-4 days has proclaimed that AMA and the MA magazine are examples of "socialism in our midst".

Does that make any sense to you? It doesn't to me, that's for sure. Check the "What are your plans for MA" thread in the ask the candidate section.

It's the second message in the thread...........assuming he doen's edit it out now.

Bob, by taking exception to the socialist comment you must think that Model Aviation Magazine exists in a free market economy?

Actually it exists as a part of a 501C NPF. As do any number of member organizations and their internal publications.

The "socialism in our midst" comment is so far off the wall that I'm having trouble believing that you are trying to defend it.

AMA is not socialist. MA is not socialist, and Horace's comment that they is a crock. Those whom he wants to support him should know that this is the way he thinks about the organization that he says he loves so much.

Bob, all I have is 1 semester of political science under my belt. The way I understand it, you have capitalism and socialism. RCM and others were in the capitalist, free market system. Model Aviation operates completely immune from the same risks, it operates in the same kind of security blanket that socialistic systems provide.
There are many other examples [and degrees] of socialism in our country, just ask me.....I'm a union electrician.

<My rebuttal to Bob is awaiting input from the moderator>

<edit:
After consulting with the mod, I'm not posting my rebuttal to Bob's socialist mistake
because Hoss' socialism comment has nothing to do with Plane Jim looking for a bio he read
>

Jim,
are you talking about when MA mentioned an award Hoss got on pg 180-something June(?)
is that what you are looking for?
