Wondering if anyone could let me know of any good hobby stores in the vegas or henderson area. New to the hobby and any help would be much appreciated.

Go to Horizon Hobby or Great Planes or even the AMA should have store locaters. Most just need the zip and they give you stores in the area. Look up the club Las Vegas Aces they should be able to help also. They were the first Chartered PPP club in the AMA.

Vegas seems to average about four hobby shops that includes two Hobby People stores but do not miss Nice Twice Hobbies (702) 876 2280 in a warehouse district on the northwest side it is a stand alone vacation destination for any modeler. You will be amazed by new and old stock in hugh quantities. A visit there will also change your mind about wasting time at the casino's.

also contact the local clubs. Prop nuts, rebels squadron, LVRC, to name a few. I know there are more, but its been 3 years since I moved from there.
