About the size of a thin credit card with your name and AMA number on it.

Glad they are orange this year. Orange shows up well when you pin it to the frequency board.

One thing I do every year is scan my new card into my computer. Then I laminate the original and put it in my toolbox (velcro inside the lid). If I ever lose it I simply print a new color copy, laminate it and I am good to go.

When my son went to get his driving learner's permit, he had to show two forms of identification. He showed his school pass card and his AMA card. Clerk remarked that she didn't know you had to have a licence to fly model airplanes.

If it is a fake copy does that mean it's real?

we get our horses & dogs "chipped",
when is AMA going to get their pilots Chipped and have 2.4 radios not work without a valid chip pilot?

... heck, then they could even beam MA directly into the brain via the A-chip
