HI, i don't know i bought it in 1999 from AMTUSA, serial number is # 911026, the manual do not said nothing about model, A or B.
i would like to fix it.

Your engine was orginally purchased by CAI in Louisiana, it is in fact a mercury 'B' version.
We have Merc 'B' shafts in stock if you wish to purchase one and/or other parts are available.
