Pegasus Max RPM
Hi Benny !
Here's a blast from the past !!!
I have an old air start Pegasus Mk3, SNo 8101003, Date of delivery 14/10/1998
ECU:HWVER 970801 SWVER 4.31
When I use ECOM (PC serial comms software) to interrogate the ECU parameters, I get:
NVN 006
IDR 033.0
MXR 110.5
OVR 118.5
WTM 174
STO 045
TLT 033
VMI 090
QMX 026
PCA 070
UTM 001
NSR 000
The maximum RPM for this engine was quoted as 112.5k rpm
We never set it this high, it was left at 110.5k rpm
Is it OK for me to change MXR from 110.5 to 112.5 (nnn = 225)
Leave OVR at 118.5 ?
I cannot seem to toggle UTM, unhook thermcouple, by pressing "U" in ECOM.
UTM = 001 means that the ECU looks for overtemp at startup only, not during flight.
What is NSR parameter ? I cannot find any reference in the manuals and .txt files.
Thank you.
Jules.
