What aleron servers did you guys use? I was going to put JR DS821's, but the heads don't seem to be sticking out the bottom of the wing enough for the control horn. Any ideas?

I'd just epoxy some 1/8 ply to the servo mount and use your servos.

Now that I've built one I can see my advice above is totally wrong, since the servos go through the bottom of the wing ( of course) but are mounted to the top of the rails.  Adding ply to these would only make the distance greater.  There are thread all over this board about this plane.  It would be cool if we all picked one so information would be easier to find.  Just sayin'

nice videos and great 3D flying. Which size do you like better, the 60 or 40? Also, do you think an OS95AX would be adequate in the 60 size?
