Skybolt is a pretty stable flying biplane.

I would say a lot will depend on your flying experience and style.

Are you a veteran flier? Just recently soloed? An intermediate pilot?

My first reaction to "an electric one" was that you're looking for a park flyer. Yea, you're right, I'm clueless as to the capabilities of EP.

What size are you looking for?

Well, im not looking for anything too fancy. So like maybe somewhere between 30-45 in. Wingspan...but really anything will work. I have quite a bit of room to fly.

It's good, but is designed with 3D in mind. It's got big ailerons, rudder, and elevator. If you are looking for a 1st biplane, then it'd be a good idea to set this one up with low rates that take that into consideration.

A buddy has one he assembled as an electric. It's not a "just for boring holes in the sky" model.

If you're putting that FS91 on it for 3D, it oughta be good.

Cox used to import a Christen Eagle that was a hair under 30 inches. Great flyer! I scooped one up for a song when they closed them out a couple of years ago. You can still get them from the manufacturer, but I forget who they are. If you search for Cox Christen Eagle you'll likely find them. Really great little model.

The larger biplanes being suggested probably aren't what you're looking for.

Going through the Manual, it recommeds aftermarket servo horns (GPMM 1100 X 2, 1" Long and GPMM1105 X 1.5" Long) for the elevators and rudder respectively. Are these required for 3D for the Reactor Bipe or can I simply use the large horns that came with the standard servos for this purpose. Planning to use 3010
