Hey all! I need some help with the Global AVANCE 46. I am having trouble with the retract pushrods binding on the insides of the wing near the retract servo tray. I am getting pretty frustrated with the whole retract issue on this plane, and am looking into putting fixed gear on it. In the instructions, the retract servo opening is paralell with the wing root, but the actual kit has the servo tray perpendicular to the wing root. Any help would be greatly apriciated.

Had the same problem! I just used other pushrods!
I cut these: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXD867&P=7 to the right size and it works perfectly now!

Model Airplane News magazine, January 03, has a review of the Advance. The author addresses the issue of the servo opening being perpendicular to the wing root instead of parallel as in the photos.
He said he hollowed out the opening to make room for the servo tray and reinforce it. (you can use thinned out epoxy or fiberglass to reinforce).
Good Luck
