Almost finished building the Global Hobby Avance and all I can say is that it looks great! When I first saw it, I was skeptical because it looked very ugly and the photo they show on the hobbypeople web site. But when I got it, it looked very nice and the quality is very good!

Building it was very easy and fun. The only problems were, that the elevator pushrod was about 5 inches to long, the motor mount was missing (Called Hobbypeople sent it right to me), and that the covering had to be re-ironed on some places but otherwise everything else is great! The manual was very easy to follow and very understandable. The motor mount will be here tomorrow...

The only thing left is maiden it! (Will do that tomorrow)

What I will use on that plane:
OS .46 FX
4x 3003 servos
1x HS-311 servo
1x SL 603 Expert Retract Servo

It looks kind of ugly in the pictures with the retracts out but if you see in real life it looks much better! Also note there is some similarity with the u-can-do from GP
