My old pumped OS 120 II Surpass hand starts and runs fine upright but I have no experience with it inverted. Anybody running one of these inverted? Any problems hand starting?

No problem running this engine inverted here. You will still need to prime it through five or six prop flips before starting it. The pump will prevent fuel from flooding the engine.
