Trying to decide between the two, any ideas? Do they both use tubes for wing and horizontal stab? Post pics if you have them...

I have the old extra, and I love it, hopefully will be trying out a edge in a week or so with a gasser on it.

Have the new version 3 with DA50 and love it. 15 lbs.

Personnally, I am leaning towards the Edge 540T.

Thanks for the replies, I got the DP Edge 540 powered by a YS140DZ and I just love the plane. Landings could not be easier, and it will do just about anything you ask of it, will post pics soon.
