A long-term goal for me, maybe sooner for you. I've seen mostly very positive remarks about this one. Has both flaps and retracts...

My Feedback: (72)
World Model's giant scale Mustang's have what you want.
There are 5 versions to choose from and they have just released a gs Zero.
I have 2 Mustangs both with Saito 180 engines and a friend is flying the new Zero with a Zen G-38 and they all flt great.
World also has a smaller Zero with the same features.
Hangar 9 has 2 sizes of the P-51 but only the large one has flaps. VQ from Morris Hobby's have many ARF's and I know their P-40 comes with rotating oleo struts and split flaps.
Theres a bunch of them out there, just keep looking.
