Default H9 Cap 80" Stab Incidence Wrong?

The stab incidence on my Cap is 2.5 degrees positive, the wing and firewall are 0 degrees. In a vertical up-line the plane pulls badly to the belly also when the throttle is cut the tail drops and the plane balloons up. Trimmed out at about 3/4 throttle there is about 3 degrees of down trimmed in the elevators.

Anyone else with this plane checked the stab incidence. I"m trying to figure out if this is where the designer put it or the ARF assembly person did on Monday, HAHA.

Kent

BTW the bal has been moved 2" plus or minus both ways , this changed nothing.
