Default OS 95V Mounting Orientation?

I am installing the OS FS95V in the Top Flite Cessna 182 ARF. It looks like the only way to accomplish his is to install it with the head down unless I remove the battery holding plates. Has anyone had any experience with this combination? All suggestions welcome!

Default RE: OS 95V Mounting Orientation?

RJaggers,

Every Saito, OS and YS 4 stroke I've ever owned, I've mounted inverted without any issues at all. The reason for this is that since the glow plug does not end up at the very bottom of the cylinder, you don't have any flooding problems like you sometime would if you mounted a 2 stroke inverted.
