Default CG question on 71" AJ Slick.

Just finished a 71" SLick 30cc gas and found the balance point of 155-160 mm super nose heavy. 160mm is right on the wing tube.I took the battery out and laid it on the tail and still added 12oz. lead. 25% of cord puts it at 4 5/8 ". I would like to know if anyone has experienced this or is this a misprint in the manual. I know that never happens. Thanks.
