Art-teck P-51 and F4U
Good afternoon everyone.
I new to electric flight but not to RC. The other day my grandson and I were heading home from the field
and we stopped off at a yard sale. On one of the tables was a heli, p-51 and 2 F4U's . I made a deal on all the
fixed wing aircraft and figured that this would be a good start for experimenting with electrics .
We flew the P-51 and it seems to fly well but it needs some tweeking with the throws. And that is the big question
I have . It seems that the foam fuselage halfs are joined with the servos and linkage installed. How am I expected
to get to access the servos to do any repair ,replacement or do any adjustments ?
Regards,
Roby

Just so you'll know.
P-51 servo access
I removed the 4 small screws that fastened the canopy and behind the pilots
seat is a little ABS molded cover that's supposed to look like a radio compartment.
I carefully lifted off the cover and there were the servos.
Hope this helps someone else.
