I was at the RCHTA Show in Rosemont Il. and saw the GP Christen Eagle, it looks real nice.

I can't wait to get one My LHS is gonna hold it when it comes in!!! I got an old but never used Saito270 twin for it...And maybe a smoke system!![sm=bananahead.gif]

That 270 will be a really sweet combo. With smoke that will be great to see.

yep yep yep......... read about it the first time today also. Very favorite aerobatic plane. Glad to see that somebody brings it out as a ARF again. Will definitely get me one too. Hopefully the release date on the tower site is correct. Hmmmm...... I am thinking DA 50 gasser. Hope that gives unlimited performance.

I have a friend that just picked one up at the LHS and I will be completing the assembly for him. and the DA 50 will rock on this airplane, it should be awesome!

so your LHS already has them in stock ? Hmmm..... will have to check with mine.
Anyway, please post some pics after you receive the eagle and start building. Will yours/his be powered by a DA 50 too ?

Yep, Our local dealer received one. They send them to the dealers first before they are released to the mail order crowd. I'll post pics as soon as I can.

Coooooool........let us know how the DA50 fits and if it needs modifications in order to mount right. I am also curious how much the cowling has to be butchered out.

What servos will you guys use ?
