No Super8 there are no krafts. There are several Gold series and an EK Logictrol transmitter! Remember the 'brick'? Too long ago! bird.

Default RE: How Many Airplanes Do You Have In Your Hangar?

this is what i have after 9 months. in order of purchase

1. electric foam yak 54
2. tower trainer
3. 4 star
4. unknown biplane
5. nitromodels extra 260 .46 size
6. gp matt chapman flatout
7. herr little extra
8. giles 202 3d .46 size
9. weston mini tigershark
10. pheonix models F-20 tigershark
11. nitromodels extra 330 3D .90 size

to be purchased in the next few months will be
12. unknown type of 27% plane (with a gas engine perhaps)
13. bannana hobby F-14
14. bannana hobby B-2
15. bannana hobby F-117

my number 16 plane will likely be a vmar F-4

11-16 will perhaps be purchased when its tax time next year, but i will be buying all at the same time or a few days between. I think im done buying planes
for the year, but hopefully i dont buy the same amount i did this year, im running, no correction i have no more space for any more planes, so maybe i wil crash a few to make space
but with my luck that wont happen and i will have to store them in my living room. hope the wife dont mind.

anyway i love this stuff, its an addiction, and i have only been flying for about 9 months. i wonder if i get 10 years into the hoby if im going to be one of those guys with 100 planes sitting around in a storage unit. i hope not, thats entirely to many. OR IS IT????

It's only too many if you think it is. I found 2 planes I forgot I had this week. I love going up to the attic once in a while

Realizing I can't compete w/ the pros here, I was over in my shop this afternoon (raining hard here all day) and took a few pics. I didn't count, though!

And from the back room....
In the stacks are an original Sig 1/4 J3 and a BUSA J3, both NIB. The Sig is from the first run, back in 1981 or 82. And in the third pic, the H9 B25 and 1.50 P51 don't show.
I was afraid to open the engine cabinet.

Oh my.... a five year old thread. Looks fun... lets see if we can revive it. Maybe those that contributed previously have added a few more to the hangar. And for others that have not contributed, now is your chance. Without further "adue"??? Heh heh.....

Hobbico 70" Trainer with nav lights (Saito 80)
Hangar 9 Blue Nose P-51 Mustang (Saito 125)
Hangar 9 P-51 Mustang 150 (DLE 35RA)
Hangar 9 Cessna 182 150 (Saito 180 with on board electric start)
Hangar 9 B-25 Mitchell (Twin Saito 72's)
Seagull DeWoitine Fighter (RCG 26cc)
VVRC 50cc Slick 540 (DLE 55)
Pilot 50cc Edge 540 Crown Royal Sheme (DLE 55)
SD Models 42% Extra 260 (3W 157CS)

Now for the electrics.....

General Hobbies 56" Sukhoi SU-26
AeroWorks 52" Extra 260 Freestyle
Eflite Evader Jet (FAST) doah......
Great Planes F-86 Jet (Still not finished yet)

Should we do a list of what we "USED" to have in our hangar? Oh heck, No way.......LOL.

I probably have over a hundred at this time. Really! I'll take some pictures and post them. Many are kits, builts, in the bone yard, flying and just waiting to be rebuilt or re-powered to electric or upgraded to brushless. 49 years of collecting. I even have one that is 36 years old, built in 78, and still flying it. It is one of the best flying planes I have ever had. I am currently building scale. My latest is a Hostetler Piper Pawnee. Getting down to the nitty-gritty on it. Looks great, at least to me! I would post pictures of it but the ole dumb butt forgot how to do it! Any help? thanks.

Wow, I started this thread over a decade ago! lol.
Many planes have changed hands, been away from flying for several years, and then resurgence with vengeance!
Built a 40% Pilot RC Sbach 342 w DA150, flew it for 4 flights before selling it over the winter.
And replaced it with a 33% Krill Katana, using my 11 year old DA100.
BTW, those Savox Steel Gear Brushless servos are BadAss!
