Had to change the Mini-Funtana scheme a little, didn't care for the factory applied graphics, and I hate when all my stuff looks like everybody else's.

Metallic blue Monokote squares, American Flag sticker on turtle deck, Tru-Turn sticker on cowl, (ok to advertise here since I have the stock rubber spinner on my plane), and sticker of a blonde haired hottie on the rudder.

Default RE: How Many Airplanes Do You Have In Your Hangar?

I am into RC flying for two years now. It is a great hobby that I can share with my 4.5 year old son. Both of us look forward to our trips to the park. It is a very educational activity that provides teaching opportunities ranging form basic physics to responsible behavior. I am very happy to be hooked and wife doesn't have problem with it!

My fleet:
1) Firebird Commander
2) Aerobird Challenger (with drop and night flight modules)
3) Megatech Diversion
4) GWS Tigermoth pico
5) GWS Beaver
6) Nimbus aka Butterfly aka Cobweb aka Lazymoth (eye in the sky, carries my eyecam)
7) Fengyuan Cherub 400 aka Cermark Easylander
8) Graupner Funky Chicken
9) Multiplex Lupo
10) Mountain Models SmoothE
11) Mountain Models Switchback

I also have a Freedom Flyer (electronics4u) which I did not have much luck when I first started. I am in the process of reviving it. A Smartech Aerohawk micro heli's guts are flying in other aircraft. A GWS PT-17 Stearman and another Nimbus kit waiting to be put together.

My 4.5 year old son's fleet:
1) Airhogs Intruder (2 of them)
2) Airhogs Resistor
3) A Diversion clone (flies better than the original)
4) Wattage Lightning
5) Firebird Outlaw

A Firebird Scout is slated for his 5th birthday. We will also start building a Diddlebug together.

In addition to the RC aircraft we have a good number of FF aircraft.

Happy flying!

Atac

well i posted on here about 13 months ago.
i now own not so many more.
World models world star 40 - 46FX 2.5 yrs old
Morris hobbies sledge 540 - 46AX about 1.5 years old
GWS slowstick - 1.5 years old
GWS mustang - almost three years old. i retired it today as it had the wing ripped of flying inverted, then darted into the ground burying the spinner and snapped the fuse in half.
i fixed it flew it agian and the battery came loose causeing a major change in CG, i stalled it three times while on final, and well it crashed breaking the fuse in another spot. so i fixed it again flew it again, and things were falling of it all over the place, so i got home and pulled the gear out today, it now hangs up.
Pacific aeromodel edge 540T - on the bench now waiting for a few things to arrive in mail.

two models im looking to get are:
somthing to replace my mustang
Top-flite p-47 (63.)

I'm a newb. I've only been at this for 6 months, but I'm averaging a plane a month (the wife is already losing patience). I have:

Aerobird Challenger (gateway drug...thought I'd give it a try and now my life is out of control)
F-27 Stryker
DCRC F-117A
Ultrafly Cessna 182
Ultrafly Extra 300s
Kamdax Mig-15

They are all in order, and all still get their turn in the air.

Darinfalcon,
If your averaging a plane a month, and your wife is showing signs of losing patience, you might consider taking her out for a nice dinner, and don't mention plane talk during dinnner at all (unless she brings it up), this will help the transaction..............when you bring home yet another plane next month..............then repeat the above!
Your airplane pal,

Here's the long lost plane that started it all...........this pic is from over 23 years ago.
Sig Kadet Jr. Only the engine and no-longer legal to use radio is surviving. But luckily I was able to find an old kit that I'll put together again............someday.
