Well I bought a mini super cub, flew that until it was no more, (got angry at it and stomped on it, then proceeded to kick it) then I bought the apprentice 15e, love that plane, flies great. Well then I made the decision to jump into a Micro Sbach 342....WHOOPS. First flight.....didn't realize how fast the roll rate would be......Flew her straight into the ground.....broke the wing, rudder, cowl....glued it all back together and set my dual rates on 20/50 now it flies fine. Still a touchy little plane though..So just wondering your oppinions on how stupid it was for me to leap from a trainer to a MICRO brushless 3d plane.....Im stuck here, I want a BIG 3d plane....but I cant find one cheap enough, if I could find one that I could use my eflite power 15 motor and ar600 receiver and eflite 30 amp esc I would be all set because I just bought a new apprentice (didn't want to fly the ugly one anymore, still flies though) and haven't crashed the new one yet....Any ideas people?!

I guess it would be best if you defined what "BIG" means to you.
For me a "BIG" 3D Plane is something in the 2.6 meter and above range.
Unfortunately, big, cheap, and good tend to be mutually exclusive.
If you want an incredible, but in my book "small" 3D plane, consider the Addiction-X with the iPas setup....

That is a 50" plane which will fly incredibly well with lowly 2200mAh 3S LiPo packs.
You get spectacular performance for that price.

that plane looks perfect, you hit my "big" mark lol, I was talking anything 48" wingspan and up, I was looking at this banana hobbies plane, cant remember the name but everything I look at needs 4s batteries, I have 3 3200 mah 3s batteries 2 are 15c and one is 20c....would those work? and where can I buy that model that ships to USA

opjose's suggestion is a very good one. If you'd rather stick to a Bind-n-Fly option, you could also consider the new Parkzone VisionAire:

This looks like a good option for something you should be able to get flying quickly.

I've flown the Addiction-X with the iPas setup using 3S 20C batteries ranging from 1800mAh through 2200mAh in size.
A 3200mAh will work fine... though it will increase the loading.

I can't underscore how much I like this plane.
I was put off by the price, but I saw the plane at the Toledo show and I jumped at it with the full iPas package.
The iPas package adds the motor, servos and pretty much everything you need to finish the plane.
I could have done without the battery pack, but the rest was/is an absolutely perfect match to the plane. At the very least get the motor and props then use the servos they include with the iPas setup. You can substitute your own ESC.
The motor coupled with their prop puts the motor into the most efficient and powerful range. I have my timer set to 12 minutes for my 2200mAh battery packs.
You can yank the plane up HARD into walls manouvers, etc... the carbon fiber re-inforcement holds it together as the plane buzzes like a mad bee with the sudden changes.
I get a lot of "whoa"'s given that it all holds together.
In many ways I like it better than some of my larger 3D planes.
Check out the videos on the web site... it really is that nice.
If you have Realflight you can see how it flies by downloading this file...
