Default Caution: Rcworld-store

Hello everyone,

I will keep it simple and only relay the facts. I ordered a Piper Pawnee on 9/25/2013 from RCWORLD-STORE. As expected my payment was scooped up quickly. Subsequent to the transaction I never received any tracking information.

Not alarmed I left a couple of msg's and 2 emails. They were not returned. After about 8 days I became concerned and went overboard with the emails and phone calls.

As of today 10/11/2013 RCWORLD-STORE has never returned a message or phone call. They have never provided any tracking information or assistance with the status of my order. The phone call count as of today is 11. The email count as of today is 9.

I filed a complaint with VISA and the payment reversal will be authorized a noon on Saturday the 12th.

Just a lil snack of caution when deciding to order products

Thanks for the warning and another reason to use your cc over any other form of payment.

Ya, but now they have his CC account numbers.

If they aren't honest enough to ship what he paid for, what are the possibilities that the CC numbers will be abused ?

Anything's possible, but considering the alternatives, I think using a credit card is a great plan for ANY online transaction. The only one that's any better is a credit card funded Paypal account. That way if something gets sideways on your deal, they don't have the credit card info?
