I just received this model from Airborne models and looking through the box and the build instructions, the side door one the right side already looks like it's going to be a bit of a pita to access the electronics. I've built a few ARF's and was thinking of some sort of hinges & latch system? trip to Hobby Lobby maybe? anyone done this mod on this plane? It also shows mounting engine inverted. I'd kinda like mine sideways,,, any problem with doing that? will be thankful for all and any input

I haven't build the WM Cub but I have build many WM planes, my recent one, a Super Chipmunk, one thing I know when you build WM airplanes is that you will do modifications to get it done the way you like it.

Don't get me wrong, they are great models its just that over the years I have learn to modify my airplanes to my personal taste.
