Question Phoenix Scanner

Hey guys ,
I ordered a Phoenix Scanner a few days back from my LHS and it came today . I was reading the manual and it tells that there is a dihedral brace Present in the kit , i went around my kit and found none however there is a round metal wing joiner tube present . Wanted to know has the manual not been updated ? Or the dihedral brace should have been there ? If its not there how should i get around this issue ? Please help as this will be my first low winger

There should be contact info from the importer, in your assembly manual.

Use it and ask them..

The plane is set up so that the wing may be broken down into 2 pieces for easy transportation and storage. To use, just slide each half onto the wing tube and fasten to the fuse as you would normally fasten a 1 piece wing.

As far as the directions, maybe they haven't been updated. Not too big a deal. This is a pretty straight forward assembly. If for whatever reason you'd prefer a one piece wing, use the wing tube in place of the dihedral brace. Slide everything together, line it up, and glue away....

I agree to thr easy transportation part but i would like a one piece wing , i still want to clear one thing if i only use a metal tube and epoxy it in place without the brace will it affect the overall strength of the wing

With the wing tube in place, the wing will be AT LEAST as strong as if a dihedral brace had been used.
