I picked up a Seagull Yak .90 for my DLE 20.
Just starting to put it together and looking for anyone who has or knows of any posts with good build pics with the DLE 20, etc.
Trying to figure out what I use on the kit for parts or pick up other parts that may be of better quality, etc.
I like the color scheme but the covering is rather cheap and not applied all that well in my opinion.

I have seen this plane flying very well with the DLE 20. I used a Zenoah G20 on mine, and it produces about the same power as my DLE 20 turning a 17X6 Xoar. I found the kit hardware to be of good quality for the job, except for the wheel axles. I lost an axle in flight, along with the wheel and pant. The axle came loose from the solder joint, the connector was still bolted to the gear when the axle departed. Replace it with a good dubro or other good quality axle.
Best balance for my taste was just behind the wing tube. I also tried just ahead of the tube, and the aft position is much better. It is a good flying plane, I think you will like it.
