Hi All, Just wondering why there's a Nitroplanes customer support section here if they don't respond to people ? I bought a Pitts ARF and the packaging was perfect, but the cowl has a smashed hole in it. I've been promised a new cowl, still waiting, yet I can still buy the model on their website, that stinks. Anyway, I see that the last post on their broken/missing parts thread was in 6/14. It's hard for me to believe the thread is doing any good forpeople, maybe everyone just gave up ??? Shoo

Another company with terrible almost non-existent customer service. This group of terrible companies is ever growing. There's another company in that group that carries the same plane. Hope you get your cowl.

Maybe I should just go ahead and file a dispute with Paypal ? I hate the idea of sending this back to Nitroplanes on my dime...... Shoo
