Fun while it lasts. Why fear kit building? You'll smile like he did at the end of the video link you posted. He can also quickly repair the plane. Don't write off a kit. It's not hard. P-51 is common.

One thing is for sure...that's the nicest sounding RC engine ever to take to the air ... amazing.

Are we sure that a model of the Galloping Ghost is appropriate? I mean the original video was posted a couple of months before the full scale crash at Reno and the second video shows a subsequent crash of the model. Bad deal in Reno....

The Model RC G Ghost is a totally different airplane. The Bad thing is YouTube combines the videos. I wish they would keep Model planes separate, instead of having the full size airplanes running right along with the Model ones. This should be easy to do in this hi tec world. Also the models sound & fly vary different from full size. The amount of views online shows it is very popular. Best Regards........

That nice sound from the engine is to the tune of $5,316dollars ( yes US) and change..... Plus the plane and electronics... I estimate $8,000 to $10,000
