Default GP Lancair Engine and Nose Gear

Hello all,

I was thinking of getting a lancair es =)...i have a YS.91 4-stroke sitting at home? Do you think that's overkill for this airplane? The only thing i know is that this engine are the heaviest of all and i had it on H9 P-51 which pulled the firewall of it and crashed..even though i reinforced with epoxy and fiberglass...=( What are your thoughts...if this is too much engine..then i'll probably get an OS .61FX or anyone can recommend a great engine =)....Also can any one give me directions in how i can replace the front gear w/ strut, with part number and where can i get the strut =), because i'm not really handy when it comes to building, you can see what happen to my p-51.....

Thank you all =)
