A while back you asked what the width was of the engine mount on the Avistar was. Sorry for taking forever to replay...

the OS .46 FX SQUEEZES IN WITH NO ROOM LEFT IN THE MOUNT, ooops caps, but the total space between the walls of the engine compartment is 2-7/8".

Thanks for your reply. I myself took a long time, for life throws some huge challenges. I have been out of RC planes for a while. Thinking of getting back into them.
