Default apc or zinger

Hello everybody.
I'd like to know if an apc 14*6 prop would be much more powerful than a 14*6 zinger.
A lot of people told me that an apc prop would make me get 1000 more rpm.
Is that true?
Even though my plane has unlimited vertical with a zinger prop, if the apc if better I would change.

Yes, the APC has a more effecient airfoil and less drag. It also has less flex. These three things will allow it to develop more thrust on a given engine.
