OK. What does ARC stand for?
and another thing, I am rather new to flying glow planes. Is it possible to make this plane fly sedate in the sky for a while? With end point adjustments maybe?
thanks!

Looks like a Sig Phaser. An airplane intended to be VERY aerobatic.
Reduced control throws and a slightly noseheavy CG will make it fairly gentle. Either use a 4 or 5 pitch prop or learn throttle control.
You will need an experienced power flyer to set it up for you.
