More people are using spam control software, this week alone I have had 9 e-mails returned telling me to contact the receiver and have my e-mail address added to their list. If you e-mail for tech support and you run spam controls please keep this in mind.
I know this doesn't belong in the ARF forum, but I thought I could get to you faster here than any other location.
