Default Is my Dragon Lady manual missing something?

I'm slowly building the DL. I have read through the manual a couple times, but I think something is missing, or I somehow skipped it.
I can't find the instructions for intalling the main gear.
As I was intalling the vert./hor. stab. and getting everthing level and lined up, I thought; "hum, I wonder if I should be doing this with the gear on".
Everything was level so there should be an issue, but just curious about when to install and where. How far infront of the wing LE?

Default RE: Is my Dragon Lady manual missing something?

At the bottom of page 18 in my manual it says to "Remove the covering material from over the four predrilled holes in the bottom of the fuselage, then install the landing gear strut using four 4mm x 20mm machine screws and four 4mm flat washers."

It also states that the straight edge of the strut should be toward the back of the fuselage. Blind nuts have been preinstalled in the bottom of the landing gear block for the machine screws.

I guess just feel around the bottom of the fuse somewhere near the area of the leading edge of the wing until you find the holes and go from there.

Hope this helps,
