I have started to noticed alot of 50 size gassers hitting the market now. Two from Hyde and two from AW just to name a couple. My question is are these suitable planes for some of the larger 2-stroke engines such as the MOKI's and larger OS's. I am just trying to get into larger stuff and have a new MOKI 2.1 looking for a home. Give me some feedback before I put the MOKI up for sale or order one of these new offerings.

Another good match for the Moki 2.10 is the Yellow Aircraft Sukhoi 120 size. Should be awesome with that motor. It is a very nice quality ARF and flies very nice and predictable.
I think the Wildhare Edge is more suited for the 50cc gassers if you want unlimited vertical.

There are a couple Kangke Texas Hurricanes by me with the Moki 2.10 and the combo is killer. Hover is around 1/2 throttle and vertical acceleration is very good. The only real change that I know of was to go to a larger fuel tank, the one that comes with the the hurricane is only 18 ounces, thats enough for 40-50cc gassers but not for the thirsty Moki. The Hurricane is also well known for it's 3-D performance. Run a search here on RCU and you'll find a ton of info.
It looks like an Edge 540 try www.kangkeusa.com

I kinda like the looks of the Chip Hyde Cap 232 and the GP Extra 300, but then I saw the AW 27% Ultimate and liked the looks of it. How much difference is there in the weight and thrust of the Moki vs a 50 gasser? I'm counting ignition battery etc.
