Default What one for my YS63FZ

Well my cash flow has been a little short for the hobby since the holidays but I just won the football poll at work for $200 so I am going to buy a home for my YS63fz I have looked at the two in the poll if you have any other ideas let me know But I am leaning to the Funtana since I got a Vectorflight Sukhoi for my hot rodin aerobatics but I'm still not sure. I like the 3D stuff so the Funtana is looking good.

How about a profile. Either the CG Extreme 330 or the Extreme 540. I had a YS 53 in the 330 and now I have the 540 with a 63 about to test fly. I would also get the UCD 40 over the Funtana.

I have/had both. I put a .63 on the funtanna and flew the wings off it. Perfect combination. The funtanna is very light and your'll enjoy it. The giles I have a .53 on it but have yet to fly it. It is a bit heavier and is more gear for pattern than 3 D. I'll let you know how it flys. The 202 is one of the best ARF I've ever had. Very impressed with it. Put the wires on the fin/stab of the funtanna. I still have the wing if you are interested in it.

Tough choice. I know the YS63 does a great job on the Pheonix sukhoi. It aught to do just as well on the Giles (sitting in the wings). I love that motor!

I guess you did not use them by this comment, I still don't know wich one to get but I have time, Waiting to go to the WRAM show in a couple of weeks and see if I can find any good buys on either of these. Would like to get both but I only have one engine to fit in these size planes, Well keep the coments coming and help me choose.

Yes, I used them, but I sort of got dumb thumbs and pulled instead of pushed low and inverted. Snapped the fuse in half etc....
Funtana is a good airframe. Very light. Looks good in the air. I have the 202 ready to go, but waiting on weather. Had to change the mount a bit to make the 4 stoke fit. Very nice ARF. Probably the best I've seen. Cheaper than the Hanger 9 too.
