Short G.P.1/3 Pitts !
Have just finished putting together a G.P. 1/3 Pitts. According to the instruction book and boxtop the plane should be 70" long. Why is mine just under 65" ? Have searched thru' all of the packaging but can't find the 5". Has anyone any ideas ? Perhaps a 9" long spinner would do the trick. How long is yours ????.

SO from Rudder (or tail wheel) to spinner is only 65 inches?
You may hve used shorter standoffs in mounting your engine.

mine is 98 from rudder to spinner tip but its 50%
friends great planes pitts is 63 or 64 . they just say that on the box like the h 9 funtana says it has a 58 inch wing but checks out at 60.
