I have an airplane with a cowled inverted OS 46 LA in it and it seems to leak fuel all inside the cowl, i checked for leaks on the engine and found none,im wondering if the carburator being upside down could be leaking the fuel...
Any solutions? Is this normal for an inverted engine?

well, if the fuel tanks sits to high, and the carburator is inveretd it will flood the cowl compartment. This goes away a little when the engine is running and increases once it is shut off. Try to lower your tank a little if you can and see what happens. Don't go too low though.

At lower speeds, especially when running rich, I have observed fuel spraying out of the air intake of an upright OS .46 I have. I'm sure it would be more prone to do this in an inverted position.

Inside of a cowl is a real messy enviroment even if the carb doesn't leak. Don't fill the tank untill you're ready to fly and make sure the carburetor is closed while filling.
