Default Help Identifing Ultimate biplane

I have a large Ultimate biplane that I recently aquired and I need help identifing the kit and manufacter. The plane has a 62 inch wingspan and the fuse is 58 inches long. The wings are balsa sheeted foam and the fuselage is molded fiberglass. The quality of this plane is great. It has a Super Tigre 3000 engine on it. The cabanes and wing struts are molded fiberglass. The landing gear was bent wire with molded fiberglass fairings. The tail surfaces look to be sheet balsa. The bottom part of the cowl is removable and the top part is molded to the fuselage. I need to know where to set the CG for this plane. Any help in identifing this plane would be apprecieated. See the attached pictures. I can also send you more pictures of the plane.
