Nice plane. I check to buy one and I would appreciate some infos.

What kind of landing gear do you use. Do you have infos regarding the weight of your plane. I hesitate to install an Saito 100 or 120 in it

tks

tiju,

I had a GP PT19, flew it with a Satio 100 and 2 degree down thrust plate, and on-board glow drive. But, unfortunately the tree gods got a hold of it one day and it is no more. I have another on lay away at my LHS. Planning on making it my fall ARF project.

I'm planning to upgrade the landing gear with Robart Struts. Two other club members have it on theirs and it helps on our grass field.

Dave,

How did you route your exhaust? I'm thinking of putting a Saito 1.00 in mine, but I don't want to cut the side of the cowl, if possible.

Airplanenuts,

I ordered a Satio Flex muffler for the 100. With with the engine upside, I was able to bend the muffler right out the bottom of the cowl.

Thanks, Dave. Is this the one you used? There are so many! It appears they entirely replace the stock header and muffler.
