RE: Razzle wing dowels
I've been flying mine extremely hard for 6 months with no problems. They are a softer wood that the dowels we use here but have held up so far.
Make sure to add flying wires to the tail as this is the weakest area.

Soak the dowels in thin CA they will suck it up like a piece of celery. And CA the holes. And any other bare wood you can find... No cheaper insurance than a $3 bottle of thin CA. I have the Fun Star. The Phoenix Models little brother to the Razzle. The Dowels were undersized and sloppy. I had t do a couply wraps of glass and sand to fit.

RE: Razzle wing dowels
I am about ready to take to the air with my Razzle and the dowels seemed okay but i had to put a 1/8 balsa shim at the trailing edge where it butts against the fuselage to get a good tight fit. I'm curious to see how this craft performs. The workmanship was good and the covering needed some attention but it looks like a pretty decent package. I'm powering it with a T Tiger .61. For any of you that have flown it, did it meet your expectations?
