Default Need help

I bought a Avistar 40 select. When I started to put it together I found that the predrilled holes in the wing does not match the holes in the Metal Straps. The hole in the front of the wing is 1/32 nd of a inch off and the hole in the rear part of the wing is 1/4 th of a inch off. How can I fix this problem? The holes are too small for any drill bit I have ever seen. Can I punch a hole with a pin? Peeve time. This is the year 2004. Can't they do something correctly? My XP has to be rebooted to reconnect to the internect. My XP has more bugs in it. The one wing hole is 1/4 of an inch off on a thing about a inch long. Why can't they do something correctly.
