*I've had this plane about 5 years and probably 20 or so total flights. Never could really get this thing to come around. Trimming just would'nt stay and the plane was simply a nightmare to fly. Overall I just left it. After all this time, a couple months ago I decided to try and fix it or gut the thing and trash it. I borrowed and incidence meter and this being an ARF, you would thing things would be squared away but it was 2 degrees off.
*So I talked to some people and went at it and brought it back to zero. Then a couple years back, some guy had on which he also made some modifications like a larger/longer vertical fine for a bit better stability and he change the whell struts around. I tried this also and along with a new covering job of fire engine red, this thing looked great with a white underside.
* Yesterday I brought it out to the field to send it up. I recall the takes alwasy being nice it it still was. Only needed a couple clicks of trimming on the elevator and ailerons. I flew this around for about 5 minutes and this was a whole new plane. No problems at all and I was actually enjoying the plane. If it had been any smoother, I should have been flying from a lawn chair.
