I dont know WHAT I was thinking... But I made a gap of about 2mm, (at widest, but they arent all crooked, just a little difference), installing my aileron hinge lines on my UCD 3-D 46. [:@]
Do you guys think it should be ok, think I should try to re-do them? and if so.... how?
I have not done the other surfaces yet, and will do them better. (got Radio South Hinges for my rudder, and elevators) (didnt have them for my ailerons which are using the Stock GP ones...)

do you have a ruler with CM on it? I am sure you know this but.... 2mm is 2 of the smaller marks that divide a centimeter into 10 parts (mm)...
I'd say a hobby blade is pretty loose in there... the gap is about the thickness of a popsicle stick i think...

leave it as is and just get some monokote and seal the hinge on the bottom side. 10 minutes and your problem is solved, plus you will have LOTS of travel.
