It's a fun plane. It flies great and lands easy. It does not like crosswinds at all! It is a handful in a crosswind but a slight breeze up or down the runway makes for fun. The covering is cheapo sticky back stuff that is very thin. I switched the wire gear for aluminum dural. Handled much better on the ground after that. I set mine up with flaperons and din't like that at all. The fuse is weak at the wing leading edge so be careful with hard landings. I broke mine at that location twice. The second time I didn't have enough room to reinforce it enough as the landing gear stresses it too much. Ended up trashing it. I didn't like the way the wing was epoxied to the fuse either. Another weak point.

I built the kit version in 2000. It was a fun little plane. I had an ASP 46 in nose the plane would really get up and go. Rolls are almost too fast to count.
